RMM+ ScreenConnect Plugin with Labtech Integration

Is the extension supposed to auto update? I'm on 1.0.7 but I see 1.0.12 is out. When I check on "check for updates" in Control, it shows as up to date.

RMM+ ScreenConnect Plugin with Labtech Integration

I’ve been looking for something like this, thank you! Do you just run the script that restarts the LT agent when SC is online on a schedule or in an alert template when an offline agent is detected? I saw the Plugins4Labtech mentioned earlier here but now it’s no longer free but a monthly charge. https://www.plugins4labtech.com/products/stalled-labtech-agent-detector-per-month

    LOB application updates via LT?

We have a LOB application that requires updates by manually copying over and overwriting files in a specific directory on each workstation from the LOB server. Very poorly written, but that's what we're stuck with. I *can* zip up the files and have them on the LT server if needed to push down to each client, but am unsure how I should unzip and overwrite the existing files. Any suggestions on how to script this via Automate?
  5. I ran into this same issue. Might want to check what is syncing your contacts. In our case, it was a combination of old CW plugin, LT contact sync, and UserCentric causing duplicates.
  6. Can anyone provide an example of the query needed for how to modify/copy the "EV - Excessive Alerts Detected > 25 Like Events" monitor to only look for certain events within the past 3 hours? For example, if you only wanted the monitor to look for the last 25 characters in the eventlog message AND source id = 1234 and count exceeds 5 within the past 3 hours? Thanks!
  7. I'm sure this can be done, but I know very little about sql or Sharepoint: We have an application that managers use to add new employees to a sql database (with a SharePoint Foundation frontend) for payroll. We need a way to have an email be sent when a new employee is added to the database via Sharepoint. Would it be easier to have LT monitor for inserts, have SharePoint send an email when data is "Submitted" (requires additional SharePoint knowledge I don't have, either), or something else?
  8. Anyone have any ideas on how we can have Labtech auto close workstation performance tickets when the device is offline? This is a long outstanding issue from what I can tell, but I'd love to run a script every X hours and say "If there are workstation tickets open but the workstation is offline, go ahead and close the ticket" since they will never auto close and get reset when the workstation is back online.

    Process monitoring

You use a script that you run against a group? How often do you run that script? Can you script a process kill for that particular alerting process? Thanks!

    Process monitoring

Hello, I have one user who's IE memory usage constantly goes into the 10gb range. I would love to be able to set up a remote monitor (internal if need be) to alert (and possibly script a process kill for that user) if it gets above 3gb. I'm not seeing how I can do this, however. Any suggestions?

    Recurring Webroot tickets

Querying the LT database, I see the last infection day/time in GMT. In the above script, it was modified to report the local time I believe. Example alert: 1. Threat detected at 3:09pm Pacific 2. LT runs the internal monitor every hour (and sends email alerts every hour! I would love to stop that. I really only need the email alerts once) 3. Shortly after 12am that night the alerts (and email alerts) stopped. Is this due to the timezone? Example alert above db info: ComputerID ThreatID Infection InfectionName InfectionDate lastUpdate 26 1 c:\\windows\\csc\\v2.0.6\\namespace\\server1\\users\\administrator\\my documents\\disk\\discover\\disk1\\install\\win32\\setup.exe W32.Worm.Gen 2015-05-07 22:09:42 2015-05-08 08:12:09

    Recurring Webroot tickets

I'm now on LT10 and am having another Webroot alerting issue. The above internal monitor works, however, when it fires off every hour it is sending the email alerts every hour. The history still shows the threat detected time (which is good), but the "Interval -180" (only alert if in the past 3 hours) doesn't seem to work anymore. For example, 6 hours after the original threat was detected it still sends alerts. Any ideas?

    Monitor SSL Certificate Expiry

Thanks for responding. I mainly just need domain expiration monitoring. Couple of things: exclude any *.local domains found, support for Network Solutions (just add "Expiration" to the "$SearchArray = @("Expiry Date:", "Expires")" field?) and Exchange 2013.
